Katie Meyer, graduate of RAPP XXIV, is a finalist for the University's most prestigious award for graduating women, the C-Ring Award.
Katie was selected to be one of five finalists out of 31 nominated candidates. Given the rigorous academic and involvement standards for the award, those who are nominated are known to be the top of the overall University graduating class.
More on the current finalists can be found in this UC News story.
The C-Ring award winner will be announced at the annual banquet on May 15, 2010. Keep your eyes on this amazing woman!
Katie is graduating from the School of Social Work with a BSW and a minor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She has been accepted into the joint JD/MSW program at UC Law School.
