Join us this Monday, December 5, 2011 at the Cincinnati Zoo
& Botanical Garden for an evening program on the effects of climate change.
Eric Gruenstein, UC Professor and an official presenter for the Climate Reality
Project, will discuss the overall global effects of climate change and its
effect on species habitat and extinctions. Bernadette Plair, scientist and
researcher for the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden (CZBG) & the Center
for Conservation and Research of Endangered Wildlife (CREW), will focus on
CZBG’s collaboration with Polar Bears International (PBI), how climate change
has an effect on arctic ice and CREW’s research, conservation, and education
efforts regarding polar bears.
