The very first post on this blog talked about an amazing group of young leaders we met from Haiti and the Dominican Republic (pictured above). Since the devastating earthquake earlier this week, this group has been in my mind much. Our University is anticipating an announcement soon on the university-wide response to offer aid. Several groups have already jumped in to action. For example, all blood donations in today's campus blood drive will support the cause.The Office of Ethnic Programs and Services is accepting donations through next week that will go to aid the survivors.
