Community Service Fair in Tangeman University Center (TUC)
Over 50 community partners of the university will be at Tangeman University Center between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday, September 20.
Community partners from art museums, schools, environmental organizations and other non-profits will be present to talk to students about volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. Student volunteer groups will also be present to talk about their mission and service involvement.
Along with being a great resource for students receiving service scholarships, community partners will be able to provide faculty and staff with organization information and partnering opportunities.
Faculty and staff are invited to come to the fair, especially from 10 – 11 a.m. and 11:30-12:30 p.m., when scholarship students will be in an orientation meeting and community partners will be readily available to talk.
Where: TUC Atrium and Main Lobby (3rd and 4th floors)
When: Monday, September 20, 2009, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
No registration is necessary.
