Teams Forming Now for 13th Annual WALK for a Just Community - 29 Oct!

The 13th Annual WALK for a Just Community is scheduled for Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Owl's Nest Park in Evanston!

BRIDGES Walk is the preeminent event of its kind in this region and the proceeds benefit the programs of BRIDGES for a Just Community and is an inspiring event promoting inclusion, equity, and justice for all!

The Walk route is 3.1 miles (5K)

To receive a Walk Tee Shirt participants are asked to raise $25.  There is a registered 5K, the Freedom Run, that requires a $25.00 registration fee.

This celebration is truly a display of the rich ethnic and cultural compilation of our region.

Walk teams have begun forming!

This is a Family Fun event with breakfast, Kid's activities, lunch, and entertainment!
