designed to question Cincinnati City Council candidates on issues involving
“green” building techniques, making the city more sustainable and other
environmental topics 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 12 at Northside Tavern, 4163 Hamilton
Avenue. An hour of networking begins at 5 p.m. before discussion with
candidates for Cincinnati City Council. Bring your questions and wear green to
show your support for greening

Confirmed candidates include incumbents Roxanne Qualls, Cecil Thomas, Wendell Young, Laure Quinlivan and Chris Bortz. Confirmed challengers include PG Sittenfeld, Yvette Simpson, Mike Allen, Jason Riveiro, Nicholas Hollan, Chris Seelbach, Patricia McCollum and Kathy Atkinson.
These are the people who will decide the fate of the Office of Environmental Quality and how our city will either advance or arrest environmental protection in the next budget cycle.
