Miss Representation is a documentary film by Jennifer Siebel Newsom about the representation of women in the media. This film dissects the messages portrayed by different forms of media that become ingrained in our minds and depict what women should and should not do.
Following the film will be a brief discussion and question and answer period. Snacks will be provided.
This event is sponsored by the University of Cincinnati Women's Center, the Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies Graduate Student Organization and The Friends of Women's Studies.
