Thank you for your interest in the Student Government First Year Leadership
Program (FYLP)!
FYLP is an exciting opportunity to learn from peers who have been involved in Student Government and across campus, and to accelerate your own development and involvement. Through this intensive, year-long leadership program you will learn about your personal leadership style, be mentored by two student leaders, meet with UC administrators, community leaders, organize impactful projects, and make connections to become one of UC's future leaders.
Past participants of the FYLP have gone on to become Senators, Cabinet members, organization presidents and founders, community organizers, and change advocates, to name a few.

Information Sessions: Held in the 6th Floor Lounge of Steger Student Life Center (beside 655, the Student Government Office):
October 3, 4:30-5:00 PM
October 5, 6:00-6:30 PM
Applications are due by 5:00 PM on October 10! Notification of interview times, if selected, will be complete by October 15.
